Mechanical Convection
Ensures Uniform Temperatures, Rapid Rise and Recovery Times
These ovens combine the dependability of hydraulic thermostat
temperature control with the improved performance of mechanical
convection. A blower gently circulates heated air throughout
the chamber, improving temperature uniformity and control
while reducing rise and recovery times. In the event of primary
control failure, the backup thermostat maintains the temperature
at a few degrees above the original setting. Individual indicator
lights display which thermostat is controlling the oven temperature,
and an LED display on the control panel indicates temperature.
The oven interior is 304 stainless steel
with two chrome-plated shelves, and the exterior is enamel
steel. All controls are mounted on a convenient bottom control
panel that is recessed and sheltered from spills. All models
are supplied with a 3-wire cord and plug and are available
in three chamber sizes: 2.5, 3.5, or 4.4 cubic feet, with
either 120V or 240V power.
