The programmable AutoFunction™ Dispenser provides precise

This Automatic Dispenser administers fluids with a
wide range of viscosities—from watery liquids to
thick paste materials. It is designed to ensure precise
deposits of epoxies and other materials within an extremely
close tolerance, without dripping between cycles. This

Like the Automatic Dispenser, this unit uses a low-cost
design that places dispensing rate and spot size under
operator control.
By adjusting the pressure regulator and switching pressure
on and off (by means of the foot pedal), an operator
can “eyeball” dispenser output to achieve
the desired results.
Vacuum System Simplifies Operation

This unit includes a vacuum back-pressure function to
enhance system effectiveness with low-viscosity fluids.
By adjusting the vacuum pressure, you can counteract
the force of gravity to assure even, controlled dispensing

The Dispenser-Pic accurately dispenses materials with
a wide range of viscosities to meet very close tolerances.
Its adjustable dispensing time feature and barrel vacuum
control provide consistent results batch after batch,
with materials of varying viscosities—from watery
liquids to thick pastes. The air-pressure dispensing
system is turned on and off by a foot pedal. The automatic
timer can be used for precisely controlled depositions
over intermittent or extended periods; or, the timer
can be overridden to allow manual “eyeball”
deposition.

Barrel Adapter Assemblies
Each includes tubing adapter head with Buna N
O-ring, barrel, 3-foot length of .15625" OD hosing,
and male Quick Connector for easy attachment to
dispenser.
Barrel Reservoirs
Each polypropylene barrel includes a stopper for
efficient dispensing and connects to the appropriate
barrel adapter assembly. The 1cc barrel features
a Luer slip connection for attaching dispensing
tips; all others feature Luer locks.
Barrel End Caps
These polypropylene caps are used to seal the
stopper end of the barrel for storage. They eliminate
waste by letting you pick up where you left off,
without reloading the barrel, and they eliminate
spills and exposure to air when barrels are not
in use. Available in package of 50 or 500.
Dispenser
Assortment Kit
The 90-piece dispenser assortment kit is useful
for new dispenser users as well as others for
testing and R & D work that requires a range
of tip sizes and materials. The assortment includes
stainless steel, polypropylene and taper tips
in a variety of gauges, 1cc, 3cc, 6cc and 10cc
barrels, along with corresponding barrel plungers,
tip caps and end caps. Kit comes in a see-through
plastic case that keeps parts organized.

Dispensing Tips
Even the most sophisticated dispensing system fails to
yield satisfactory results if the dispensing tips aren't
up to the job. Each of these high-quality stainless steel
tips fits onto any size dispensing barrel to allow precise
application of liquids and pastes. Color-coded polypropylene
hubs lock securely into barrels. Tip length: .5" (.3125"
for 30-gauge lavender tips). Available in package of 50
or 500.
Taper Tips ("TT") Dispensing
Tips
The TT tips are color coded polyethylene Luer lock tips
for use with medium- and high-viscosity materials, including
pastes and other filler mixtures that include suspended
particles. Length: 1.25"; Quantity: 50 or 500 per package.
Flexible Polypropylene Dispensing
Tips
Because these tips provide the wide chemical resistance
of polypropylene, they are ideal for use with a wide range
of substances, including cyanoacrylate. The flexible design
allows use in hard-to-reach locations and prevents surface
scratching. Each features a Luer lock hub for easy attachment
to a barrel. Length: 1.5"(can be cut if necessary).
