Series 1000 AutoFunction™ Dispenser
Automatic and Manual Dispenser

  • Automatic dispenser that can also be used in manual mode
  • Built-in peristaltic pump head provides precise control over amount, speed and duration of liquid dispensing
  • Microprocessor lets you program and save all operating functions—volume, tubing size, speed, ramp time, direction, delay and number of doses
  • Optional foot switch allows hands-free operation in manual mode
  • Easy to set-up and operate
  • Accommodates many tubing sizes and operates without contaminating liquid samples

The programmable AutoFunction™ Dispenser provides precise dispensing of low- to medium-viscosity fluids. Its automatic capabilities and highly accurate, variable-speed peristaltic pumping system make it ideal for chemical dosing, solvent transfer, titration, container filling/emptying, and other applications calling for precise, repeatable dispensing. Its microprocessor-based controls allow you to determine all of the variables commonly involved in high-precision chemical dosing.

Automatic Dispenser

  • Precise, consistent deposits during die bonding, photoresist coating, and other operations
  • Consistent, highly repeatable results within extremely close tolerances
  • Ideal for dot or strip dispensing
  • Handles wide range of viscosities, including epoxies, solder pastes, solder flux, adhesives or cement, protective coatings, and lubricants
  • Complete system comes ready to use

This Automatic Dispenser administers fluids with a wide range of viscosities—from watery liquids to thick paste materials. It is designed to ensure precise deposits of epoxies and other materials within an extremely close tolerance, without dripping between cycles. This precision and reliability helps you to reduce rejects and waste during die bonding, photoresist coating, and a variety of other related processes.

The unit incorporates a foot pedal for easy dispensing. The control features an adjustable venturi vacuum and analog gauge, a solid state digital timer, and an enhanced solenoid for instant on/off response. Comes complete with air output fittings, quick connect, one 3cc barrel and barrel adapter assembly (or other size specified), one 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, and 30 gauge stainless steel dispensing tip, a foot pedal with 8-foot cord, and an input voltage cord set.

Economy Dispenser

  • Economical unit allows complete operator control of deposits
  • Foot pedal provides instant ON/OFF output control
  • Operates with wide range of materials, from liquids to pastes
  • Vacuum back-up helps regulate dispensing of low-viscosity materials
  • Complete system comes ready to use

Like the Automatic Dispenser, this unit uses a low-cost design that places dispensing rate and spot size under operator control.
By adjusting the pressure regulator and switching pressure on and off (by means of the foot pedal), an operator can “eyeball” dispenser output to achieve the desired results.

Vacuum System Simplifies Operation with Liquids
This unit includes a vacuum back-pressure function to enhance system effectiveness with low-viscosity fluids. By adjusting the vacuum pressure, you can counteract the force of gravity to assure even, controlled dispensing of liquids.

The Series 200 comes complete with foot pedal with 8-foot cord, an input voltage cord set, air pressure regulator and gauge, vacuum air connection line with quick connect/disconnect fitting (to allow connection to supply line); one 3cc barrel and barrel adapter assembly (or other size specified), and one 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, and 30 gauge stainless steel dispensing tip.

Dispenser - Pic

  • Features all capabilities of the Automatic Dispenser (No. 1200-00)
  • Provides consistent, repeatable results independent of operator
  • Ideal for surface mount applications, R&D work, PC board repair and prototyping, as well as application of liquids and pastes of any viscosity
  • Complete system comes ready to use

The Dispenser-Pic accurately dispenses materials with a wide range of viscosities to meet very close tolerances.

Its adjustable dispensing time feature and barrel vacuum control provide consistent results batch after batch, with materials of varying viscosities—from watery liquids to thick pastes. The air-pressure dispensing system is turned on and off by a foot pedal. The automatic timer can be used for precisely controlled depositions over intermittent or extended periods; or, the timer can be overridden to allow manual “eyeball” deposition.

Vacuum Pick-Up Extends System Performance
In addition, this dispenser features a built-in vacuum pick-up system that allows you to pick and place small components at precise locations.

Complete ready-to-use system includes controller, two adjustable venturi vacuum adjustments (for dispenser and for pickup tool), a pressure regulator and analog gauge, a solid state digital timer, and an enhanced solenoid for instant on/off response. Includes air output fittings, quick connect, one 3cc barrel adapter assembly (or other size specified), one 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, and 30 gauge stainless steel dispensing tip, a foot pedal with 8-foot cord, a vacuum pickup tool with two angled tips and five cups, and an input voltage cord set.
