Terra fabricates process vessels out of most plastics, as
well as 304 stainless steel.
Overflow tanks include a
serrated weir that overflows liquid into a catch basin for
recirculation into the main tank. A dump drain with pneumatic
valve allows quick emptying into the plenum catch reservoir
of the wet station. Models are available for standard wafer
carrier sizes and include 1"-diameter tubing made of
the specified material.
Sinks are available in three
standard sizes and include a gravity drain (specify desired
size). These sinks can be modified to meet your requirements—call
to discuss your application with a Terra process engineer.
Spray bars, nitrogen bubblers
and custom drains are available. Call for a quotation!
