Compact, versatile unit combines multiple functions for processing samples, freeing up bench space
Solid-state, Peltier-type temperature control system is reliable and requires no maintenance
Orbital mixing speed ranges from 200 to 1,000 rpm, selectable in increments of 100 rpm
Users can create up to 10-step programs that vary temperature and mixing speeds over time
Up to 5 profiles can be stored in the units memory and programs can be cycled up to 99 times
Auto-shutoff of the heating/chilling function can be activated at the completion of the built-in timer
RS232 I/O port for control and data collection
Includes a universal power adapter that supplies 12VDC to the unit
Small magnets at each corner of the plate help to hold aluminum blocks in place during higher speed mixing
Optional aluminum blocks are black anodized for better heat transfer and protection from spills, with the bottoms of the blocks machined to nest onto the plate to prevent movement
Applications: cell suspension during incubation, mixing samples in microplates or microtubes while chilling, rapid heating or cooling, dissolution testing at controlled temperatures
