Terra's extended cleanroom warranty ensures continuous optimal performance of Terra-manufactured cleanroom components and accessories after the factory warranty has expired.
Warranty includes parts for 2 years from the date of cleanroom shipment.
Warranty covers replacement or repair of cleanroom components and accessories, as determined by Terra, including FFUs, HEPA filters, lights, wall panels, PDMs and control panels.
Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, malicious use, improper customer install, use of non-Terra replacement parts, alterations not approved by Terra and force majeure.
Certain parts may be excluded.

Minor defects that do not affect the function, form, performance, or safety of the product.

The extended warranty is only available for modular cleanrooms professionally installed by Terra Universal. Modular cleanrooms without this installation service are not eligible.
