  • ISO flange fittings of mild steel with 32 RMS finish provide optimal sealing

These Oil Mist Exhaust Filters provide safe, effective isolation of oil mist and other contamination from a gas stream in pumping operations. Rated 99.97% effective with media down to 0.3µm in diameter, they make oil-lubricated pumping systems suitable for most cleanroom applications.

Select from a wide range of models to suit your applications, with flows between 4.5 and 55 CFM (127.53 L/min and 1559 L/min). Other sizes and connections are available; contact Terra for ordering information.
