This High-Velocity Air Curtain mounts to a doorway to minimize contamination of the clean area.

A sensor mounted directly above the doorway activates the unit the moment the door is opened, directing ULPA-filtered air downward at up to 1900 feet/minute (9.7 m/s) to reduce particle influx as personnel enter or exit the clean room. Discharge baffles allow adjustment of filtered air +/- 30 degrees from vertical, allowing you to direct the high-velocity flow away from the entrance door. This barrier of high-velocity, clean air also removes particles from clean room garb and minimizes escape of conditioned air from the clean room, reducing load on the HVAC system.
