This compact, quiet vacuum sealer can be used with or without vacuum and gas purging to provide safe packaging of sensitive microelectronic components. It features adjustable dwell time for heat and cool cycles. Vacuum sealing may be done manually or with a timer.

Model 35 also provides unsurpassed reliability. All models are hand-wired and individually tested to ensure a long service life, and all fasteners are sealed against loosening due to vibrations.

The Model 35 produces .25" (6 mm) wide band seals up to 25" (635 mm) long in a wide variety of packaging materials. This machine's built-in features contribute to sealing ease and convenience. Electronic timers are included for gas (10 seconds) and cool (60 seconds).

An electronic foot switch activator allows hands-free operation and can be used to extend or override vacuum timer. Other standard features include a jaw-closing/heat-only safety circuit; vacuum-seal sequence switch, seal only switch, and vacuum gauge. The Backflush model includes a gas-vacuum-seal sequence switch and gas pressure regulator and gauge. Requires compressed air source.

CE certification is included with all 220V Accu-Seal sealers.
