The convenient, economical Pen-Vac™ is ideal for applications throughout the microelectronics manufacturing lab.

It generates its own vacuum supply—no batteries or other power source is required. Various sizes of vacuum probes are available to accommodate a wide variety of part sizes (see ordering table below).

Pen-Vac™ Kits
Each of the kits below includes a vacuum pen with 4 probes and cups: 3 angled, .125" (3 mm), .25" (6 mm) and .375" (10 mm) cups, and 1 straight, .25" (6 mm) cup.
