High-Throughput Electronics Glove Box
Ideal for electronics testing and assembly, this nitrogen-purged isolator accommodates up to six operators working at individual test/assembly stations. Samples are passed from station to station and removed via an air lock, which minimizes disruption of internal cleanliness and low-humidity conditions.
Automated nitrogen control system maintains a sub-ambient RH set point down to 5%RH. Ionizing nozzles neutralize static charges to eliminate electro-static discharge (ESD), and static-dissipative chamber eliminates surface charges and the particles they attract, resulting in a clean, static-safe environment for processing sensitive microelectronic components.

Dual footswitch-activated pneumatic doors simplify parts insertion through large antechambers. The Dual Purge System and DewWatch humidity control systems maintain a user-selected sub-ambient moisture level down to 1 ppm(v).

A continuous purge of filtered N2 maintains low humidity and particle counts inside these probe station glove box isolators. Self-balancing ionizing equipment neutralizes static charges to protect against electro-static discharge (ESD) in the low-humidity environment.
Accordion-sleeve gloves provide easy access to the probe station, including sensitive X-Y-Z controls. A microscope lens diaphragm seals around eyepieces to permit focusing without disturbing the internal environment. The removable, resealable back or side walls permit installation of bulky probe equipment.
Transparent plastics are acceptable in some applications. Others require the durability and enhanced moisture barrier protection of stainless steel with safety glass viewing windows.

Extremely delicate museum artifacts, including manuscripts, fossils, and other fragile specimens, are dried under vacuum and then transferred to an acrylic isolation chamber for preparation and sealing in an inert nitrogen environment.
Due to the susceptibility of artifacts to moisture damage, this isolator includes a Dual Purge™ System and NitroWatch® to control nitrogen purging and maintain a low relative humidity level automatically. A Nitrogen Generator provides an uninterrupted source of 99.9% pure nitrogen.
