Contamination Control Mats and Floor Coverings

Clean, Durable Particle Traps Wherever You Need Them! Their unique dust-gathering properties result from the exceptional coefficient of friction (3.5µ, using "Tortus" floor friction tester) in their polyester-compound material. They also contain a bactericide that effectively prohibits growth of common bacteria (see specifications below).

Static-dissipative models are available for Low-Profile Protectamat, Clean-Zone, and Clean-Zone Mat to help eliminate static charges and the particles they attract.

Given regular cleaning with a detergent solution and squeegee, they will all go on working cost-effectively for years. Available in a wide variety of sizes and thicknesses, and in several different colors, all of these products are nontoxic, unaffected by X-rays and gamma rays, and resistant to most chemicals (details available upon request). They exhibit negligible outgassing (ASTM E595) and negligible effects of U.V. exposure.

Clean-Zone Floor Covering
Clean-Zone is supplied in standard rolls, to be professionally installed as a wall-to-wall floor covering, creating a permanent and unavoidable trap for dirt. A 6'-6"-foot width (1981 mm) is available, in blue, grey, red, or green, in lengths of 10, 20, 30, or 40 feet (3 m, 6 m.1 m, 9.1 m, or 12.2 m). In a static-dissipative form, a 6'-6"-foot width (1981 mm) is available, in either blue or grey, also in lengths of 10, 20, 30, or 40 feet (3 m, 6.1 m, 9.1 m, or 12.2 m). Weight: 0.55 lbs./Sq. ft. (.2 kg) The Clean-Zone Floor covering is .09375" (2.3µm) thick.

Protectamat
Protectamat is a loose-laid polyester mat, 4-feet (1219 mm) wide, and available in lengths of 2', 3'3", 6'6", 10', and 13' (610 mm, 1006 mm, 2012 mm, 3048 mm, 3962 mm). All of these mats are dark blue, and except for the smallest version, they feature attractive red leader strips at both ends. The 2' x 4' (610 mm x 1219 mm) mat has a thickness of 5 mm, and the other four 7 mm. Weight: 1.52 lbs./Sq. ft.
