A. HEPA-Filtered WIP Cabinet
This 304 stainless steel enclosure provides a particle-free
storage environment for sensitive work-in-process.
The filter/fan unit includes a 99.99% efficient HEPA
filter (rated @ 0.3 µm particles) and operates
at a whisper-quiet 50 dBA. Shelf perforations are
.75" (19 mm)-diameter
to allow 40% open space. Shelves are adjustable at
1" (25 mm) increments. Overall dimensions: 48.25"W x 24.375"D
x59.5"H (1226 mm x 619 mm x 1511 mm), with standard leveling feet. Storage area:

Security Cage WIP Cabinet
This
electropolished 304 stainless steel cabinet features a wire-cage
design and five slanted rod shelves. The locking doors
provide access security for storing valuable WIP materials.
Standard model shown in 48"W x 24"D x 76"H (1219 mm x 610 mm x 1930 mm), with five

Laminar-Flow Curing/Drying Cabinet
This
cabinet is ideal for clean-air drying of sensitive materials
after epoxy deposition, solvent cleaning, or other processes
involving noxious fumes.
It
provides a continuous horizontal laminar flow of HEPA-filtered
air though the enclosure. An optional exhaust purification
modules on the opposing side of the enclosure houses
activated charcoal filters that safely remove a wide
range of chemical vapors, allowing safe, ductless exhaust
release. Enclosure is available in acrylic or static-dissipative
PVC, which eliminates static charges and the particles

Wafer Box Storage Cabinets
These
fully enclosed locking cabinets feature adjustable shelves
that accommodate any wafer box size. Electropolished
304 stainless steel construction ensures cleanliness, and
static-dissipative PVC viewing windows afford full visibility
