Terra's Standard Non-Dissipative Cleanroom Work Station is factory-assembled and designed to let you order exactly the work surface you need, straight from stock. Its modular design accommodates a wide range of accessories that can make the critical difference in operator productivity and quality assurance.
Tough, Versatile, Clean
The laminate tops are bonded to a 1.25" (32 mm) high-density, epoxy-bonded fiber core; edges are covered with plastic edging, and backing is provided on the bottom of the work surface to meet cleanroom standards. Standard color is non-glare white.
The heavy-duty work bench frame is made of all-welded square tubing. The heavy-wall tubing used in the construction allows the benchtop to support much heavier loads than conventional benches without sagging. "A" base benches are available with a 304 stainless steel lower leg member to provide this additional scuff protection. Includes leveling feet for stability.
Removable Top
Gowning benches, tables and work stations with removable tops and continuous seam welds prevent contamination build up in hard to clean places; upgrade unit to ISO 6 compliance.
Adjustable Telescoping Legs
Workstations include telescoping legs to enhance ergonomics, reduce shipping cost, integrate with existing tables or casework, and support multiple operators who require different work surface heights. Each telescoping workstation is tested to ensure a weight load of 1,200 pounds.
Clean and Durable Powder Coat Finish
Terra’s signature white powder coat finish provides a high quality, durable barrier to protect against corrosion, plus a clean and attractive aesthetic. The advanced heat-fused formulation exceeds ASTM and ISO paint standards to resist chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing.
Cleanroom Table Work Surface Design
Laminate covers 100% of the fiberboard core; preventing mechanical damage that might cause the laminate to peel off
Work Station Drawers
Available in ABS plastic or stainless steel, these cleanroom-compatible drawers come in a number of sizes and drawer configurations (6” top drawer and 6” bottom drawer shown).
