Humidity-Controlled Drying Room for Cleanrooms

Drying rooms can be connected to cleanrooms or other larger rooms for easy access to dried or hot goods.

Drying rooms are equipped with a desiccant heater to effectively dry or cure in EV battery assembly, PC board assembly, or filter assembly.

Dual-Access Doors

Doors are built on both sides of the drying room for easy access from either inside a cleanroom or from outside of a cleanroom. Supplies or other items can be moved in and out freely.

Desiccant Dehumidifier Used for Drying Room

Desiccant dehumidifier sits on top, and supplies hot, dry air to the room that is capable of maintaining a temperature of 90 °F (32 °C). Its drying capacity is 22 lbs/hr when conditions are at 68 °F (20 °C).
