ValuLine® Fire-Rated Pass-Through Chambers

The mechanical interlock eliminates the chance of cross-contamination by ensuring that only one door at a time can open. This no-maintenance, all-stainless steel mechanism automatically engages the moment a door opens.

The stainless steel shield protects the chamber floor from scratches and any other damage to the plastic surfaces.

Swell-type latches provide a firm grip via smooth compression that does not scrape any surfaces, particularly when compared to rotary latches. The rubber collar ensures a quiet closure that also dampens vibrations.

A stainless steel stiffener reinforces the door's leading edge to provide a better seal and protect against damage. These bars also provide additional support to the door latches.

The pass-through chamber mounts flush against the cleanroom-side wall to minimize horizontal surfaces where particles can collect. The main body of the pass-through extends outside of the cleanroom.

Terra’s fire-rated door meets UL 10B requirements for 90-minute fire exposure, including hose-stream testing. The inside of the door is lined with 2"-thick SuperWool® Plus insulation to reduce heat transfer from elevated room temperatures.
