Flexible Side Panels Restrict Air Flow to Optimize Cleanliness

Flexible panels attach to the frame by means of a smooth, non-contaminating Grip-Track™ mounting system that minimizes cracks and seams where particles can collect. The optional side panels are available in three materials:

  • Cleanroom-Grade Vinyl is fire retardant and low outgassing.
  • Static-Dissipative Vinyl is manufactured with permanent built-in static inhibitors that, unlike topical treatments, will not wear off.
  • Non-outgassing Polyurethane is made from inherently static-dissipative polyurethane that provides permanent, humidity-independent ESD protection for sensitive manufacturing conditions. Polysim contains no plasticizer, making it virtually non-outgassing.

HEPA Fan Filter Units (FFUs)

The 2' x 4' FFU houses a HEPA filter, rated 99.99% efficient with 0.3 micron particles, that provides an ISO-compliant air flow in the enclosure. Advanced baffle technology and air diffuser grille ensures uniform face velocity.

LED Light Fixture

The low-energy LED light enhances visibility without disrupting airflow from the FFU.

Casters for Easy Positioning

Heavy-duty non-marring casters, two with locks, provide smooth rolling and easy positioning of the CleanBooth™

Softwall Side Panels

The CleanBooth includes transparent, 40-mil anti-static vinyl panels that mount in an external track to create a three-sided enclosure; select optional strip shields to enclose the remaining side.

CleanBooth™ Steel Frame

CleanBooth™ frame is fabricated of 1" x 2" powder-coated steel members for strength and includes heavy-duty casters for easy positioning above a table or process equipment.

Optional Assembly Service

Unit ships disassembled to reduce transportation costs and optimize product storage or relocation. An optional assembly service is available as an added cost.
